We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our remote team. As a Technical Account Manager with amazee.io you’ll be supporting our mission by ensuring our customer’s success in using our services. You’ll provide advice and insights to the customer on the health and status of their engagement with us, helping them develop a long term project roadmap, and long term relationship with amazee.io.
You’ll be key to the long term success of amazee.io, spotting opportunities to further develop your clients’ relationships and engagements with our services, and ensuring we maintain a reputation of being collaborative and trustworthy.
